Diagnostic imaging report

The patient was diagnosed with osteoarthritis.  The patient had lost all articular cartilage between the right head of the femur and the acetabulum of the pelvis.  There is a slight shift in pubic symphysis and the sacral region shows some deterioration as well.  She is referred.
