State of Georgia Continuing Education Requirements

Georgia continuing education requirements are subject to change and therefore, Georgia licensee's are ultimately responsible for being up to date with the Georgia continuing education requirements.

 

Georgia Continuing Education Requirements:

Veterinarian: 30 hours every 2 years - Georgia Accepts 15 hours of Online Continuing Education Courses.
Veterinarian Tech: 10 hours every 2 years - Georgia Accepts 5 hours of Online Continuing Education Courses

 

Special Requirements:
Veterinarian: 2 hours in GA law, rules and professionalism (1 hour must be live). Up to 5 hours may be in hospital management. CE not to exceed 12 hours in one day.

Veterinarian Tech: 1 hours in GA law, rules and professionalism
