Evaluate the relative effectiveness of high-dose, supervised exercise with and without spinal manipulation and low-dose home exercise for chronic neck pain
Investigate whether spinal manipulative therapy (SMT) can reduce pain at the level of the treated spinal segment, in the broader region of the treatment and/or systemically
Outline a clinical prediction rule designed to identify patients with neck pain likely to benefit from spinal manipulative therapy
Examine the relative effectiveness of segment-specific and non-specific spinal joint mobilization on pain and range of motion
Determine which side of the upper cervical spine cavitates during a rotatory C1-2 HVLA thrust manipulation
