Consider: MRI and CT of brain would be a consideration since she was knocked unconscious and experienced disorientation and confusion and pain.

Physical Exam Findings:

Eighteen months later this patient presented for Chiropractic evaluation as she had hired an attorney who insisted she be evaluated by private physicians. This patient was very talkative beginning many lines of conversation in tangents, anxiety ridden over her predicament, helpless and without direction for her health. She had been discharged from several medical doctors who believed she was malingering. Examination indicated a tender bump at her sagittal suture, scoliosis, right scapula fixation, right iliopsoas injury with pelvic instability. She had none of these conditions prior to her accident. This patient was in severe pain to the touch all over her body and was unable to sleep. She was on a plethora of pain medication including morphine. She had been a natural health patient and was frustrated because she could not find any physician to work with her to get her off the morphine and help her heal.

Question: What could be causing this patient’s pain all over her body?
