65 yo female presents with left posterior medial knee pain leg weakness and hip pain

An MRI of the hip and lumbar spine were ordered to determine arthropathy. Results of these tests indicated normal spacing at the iliofemoral or hip joint. There is mild arthrosis at the L4, L5 spinal disc levels with normal foraminal spacing.
