60 yo female presents with right shoulder pain stiffness and loss of motion

MRI of the right shoulder was ordered for this patient. The results of the MRI were positive for fibrotic changes in the anterior capsule as well as adhesions in the subscapularis and biceps muscles. There were no muscle or tendon tears found in this study.
