Case Presentation: Page 4 of 6

An MRI of the right hip joint and lumbar spine were ordered to determine if there was any hip degeneration or soft tissue damage, or if there was any stenosis or scar tissue in the foramen or around the meninges. In the hip, there was slight degeneration of the cartilage of the superior of the acetabulum but the space between the femur head and acetabulum was normal. The low back demonstrated evidence of fusion but scarring was minimal and there was no evidence of stenosis, foraminal or meningeal scar tissue compression.

Question: What is your final diagnosis?
