Hip degeneration; iliopsoas contracture and inflammation radiating pain into the anterior thigh and leg; strains of the quadratus femoris, pectineus, adductors, sartorius; late effects of scar tissue from lumbar surgery with or without neurological sequela causing a lumbar spine neuropathy. Sacroiliac joint dysfunction and fixation has been ruled out.

 

Question: What advanced diagnostic tests would you order if any at this point?
