Ice and gentle stretch of the subscapularis. Utilize any soft tissue modality and manual method that would release myofascial adhesions around the nerve sheaths. Ultrasound or Cold laser is beneficial to increase circulation to the biceps tendon, and for fibrosis reduction and contracture release. Wet heat and stretch for pectoralis muscle and coracobrachialis as modalities cannot be used over the chest region.
