Imaging / Laboratory

Plain film radiographs of the thoracic region reveal mild end plate degenerative changes. No evidence of osteopenia is observed. Chest films are clear.

Thoracic MRI reveals multiple perineural cysts (Tarlov cysts) throughout the region with the largest at T10/T11 on the right. Similar findings are present in the cervical and lumbosacral region. These cysts have resulted in pressure remodeling and enlargement of the IVFs.

Question: What is your final diagnosis?
